Do NOT trust Shuffle with your money. Everything about how this platform operates right now feels completely illegitimate and dangerous. Out of nowhere, my account was randomly blocked from making redemptions. To make matters worse, I have two separate redemptions currently stuck in review, sitting on my hard-earned money while they refuse to process them. When I reached out to live support to ask what was going on, I was given the exact same generic line over and over: "It's under review by the compliance team." I kept asking basic questions—what rule did I allegedly break? Why is this taking so long? Where is the proof? Instead of providing a single piece of evidence or a real answer, they threw the ultimate temper tantrum and revoked my live support access entirely. That’s when they told me my only option left was to email support. It has now been 4 full days since I emailed them, and I have received zero response, zero updates, and zero accountability. Cutting off customer communication, locking withdrawals without cause, and hiding behind ignored support emails is the shadiest operational behavior I’ve seen from a social casino to date. I haven't broken a single rule, and if they actually had anything on me, they would have shown it by now. Holding players' funds hostage while cutting off their ability to ask questions is outright predatory. Pay me what you owe me.

Customer Support is a sorry excuse for help. They lie about everything. The level up VIP bonuses are horrible and are the absolute worst in the world. This casino is the same as the rest. Don't gamble online or anywhere nowadays its all a scam. Don't believe the hype your chances of walking away a winner are almost 0. They also ran a scummy promotion on Facebook asking people to write good reviews here for a "tip" in their account balances and then deleted the post less than a day after. That's why a review has the word party in it and a bunch of 5 stars popped up within a few hours of each other yesterday. Don't be fooled this site is 100% a scam.
