Your shower heads are crap _ They are made of Cheap Plastic. We have two that were Christmas gifts _ Today one broke just trying to adjust the angle. There Support is Very Poor I can’t recommend them

I ordered the showerhead and a few parts over a month ago. I only received the showerhead and I have four charges in my checking account. These people are a scam. They call you a VIP customer and charge you $40 per month. Don’t buy it.

This company is a scam. I fell for their meta ad and bought the shower head. But after I began checking out, it made me add things to the order including a hose and a VIP membership. I reached out and immediately asked them to cancel. When I received no action, I contacted my bank reversed charges. That was three months ago. They continue to charge me for a VIP membership on a shower head that I never received and cancelled!!! Although initially reversed by my bank, they are fighting me on this. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This business is operating a scam. When you order something from them, they enroll in a so-called VIP program without you realizing it (Probably some small checkbox box you have to uncheck) and start charging you $37 a month for absolutely nothing. I didn’t pick up on it until a few months later after they racked up over $100 in fraudulent charges. These guys are total crooks.

Horrible Company. When you order something and pay for it, they start charging your credit card every month for some stupid subscription that you didn't even sign up for. I tried calling...no answer. I challenged with my AMEX and they responded to AMEX showing the charge but no proof that I agreed to it. Finally got AMEX to consider it fraud and got reimbursed. Beware!

Buyer beware. Their claims of a 30 day refundvarw completely bogus. First, they will offer you a 20 percent refund, then 40 percent and then if you still decline, they will tell you to send it back but are keeping 20 percent. There is also alot of click bait on the website. Any time you do business like this, your product probably isn't worth it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The shower head worked well from mid March, 2025 until mid September, 2025 (about 6 months). I felt with their customer service site and now feel that they hire people unable to read English. The part that controls the ability to change from rain to stream to massage stopped working. There are parts missing. I wrote to their customer service site asking for replacement parts, a replacement shower head or my wife's money back. There is no street address on their website and the phone number connects to a chatbot.

Sent a shower head, but tried to spam me a bunch of services during checkout. I tried to cancel, but they still sent the shower head and charged me... whatever. Now - a month or two later - they are charging my account without permission and it doesn't show up in membership tab of my payment provider. Long story short - they charged my bank without my permission and would not refund after several emails. I had to revoke the transaction through my payment provider - CROOKS!
