Ordered a hand held shower filter. I called them today because I've been charged $37.87 the last 2 months. Thought it was for additional filters. Never received any product. They told me it was for a VIP membership. They charge $37.87 to be a VIP? Was told I got the shower head for a discount & signed up for the VIP during the purchase. They said the VIP membership let's me buy things at a discount. Charging this much a month & getting nothing is a rip off. The person I spoke with gave me the website so I could register as a VIP. Unchemed.vip went on the site & couldn't find any place to cancel. Also when I clicked on orders it showed I had none. Didn't show their monthly charges or my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a shower head from them twice now and both times unknowingly was charged for a VIP subscription. Should have learned the first time. Also ordered a kitchen faucet filter from them which I loved. Needed a replacement, they totally did not send me what was pictured which I have used in the past. The one they sent was horrible and they keep telling me they are sending me the correct kitchen faucet filter and they never did.

I wanted to love this shower head, after all the price is a little high, but after about not even a year, the finish came off and the sprays went all directions. I have kept it clean and pristine with new filter beads as suggested. Didn't matter. I believe this is made with low quality finishes and doesn't stand the test of time.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered a product and decided to return it following their official return policy. They received the return but never issued our refund. To make matters worse, they started hitting us with a monthly subscription fee that we never signed up for. They even changed the billing name on our credit card statements from "Shower Envy" to "Filtered Showers" to disguise the unauthorized charges. Their customer service is nonexistent. They completely ignore multiple emails. If you try to call, the system keeps you on hold for exactly 10 minutes and then hangs up on you automatically. I ultimately had to cancel my credit card entirely to stop the bleeding. Total scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Wanted to write this review regarding my experience with Shower envy. I placed an order, and it was advertised to come with a second set of beads for free, a free gift, as well as plumbers tape . When I received my order, it was missing the plumbers tape and the second set of beads. I contacted their customer service, Vanessa replied immediately and apologized. I purchased the plumbers tape, no big deal under $3.00, and installed my product, that I am very satisfied with. They proceeded to send me the second set of beads immediately, their customer service, Vanessa was on point, and always replied immediately. This company is an honest, stand up company, with outstanding customer service and have a very good product. I will be doing business with them again. I trust them, and I highly recommend them. I am not easily impressed, but I am impressed at the level of service I was provided as well as the product. If you have well water, like I do, I strongly suggest you purchase this. i love the shower head great water pressure and my hair and skin are so much softer and feels better..

I love the shower head I was skeptical at first but I needed a new showerhead and they had a really good discount so I thought I’d buy one after a couple of times using it I noticed my hair getting shiner and my skin feeling softer and my legs weren’t as itchy and I’m not using conditioner in my hair and I’ve started not using facial products! I also give my pup a shower with it and his hair is much softer!! I’m so glad I decided to buy it I can’t wait to see how much better my skin and hair will become!! The support has been great and Vanessa has been very helpful, thank you for this product I’m sure it will help other people with their skin and hair problems!!🤗
