Been over 5 years and still haven’t received my order Paid over 600 bucks. Never answered never emailed back. It’s a scam people.

I placed Order #1184 on April 26, 2026, and nearly two months later I have not received my order. I have also not received shipping information or meaningful updates regarding the status of the purchase. I understand that custom products can take time, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating. Customers deserve accurate timelines and timely responses when delays occur. I hope the company resolves this issue and improves communication with its customers.

Not sure who the other people are talking to in Customer Service but I've found it to be non existant. I placed my order more than 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything, no proof to approve ..... nothing. I've called them 3 times during their business hours and set them 2 emails. I have not gotten a response on any kind. I filed a BBB complaint requesting a full refund and . While their products look great on their website customer support is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and look at other places. Because the other reviews are by his friends....look on face book.

Paid almost 500 dollars for two signs. Never answered his phone nor emails. Site would not allow me to message him. Facebooked his friends. If you do your research every positive feedback on this site is from his friends list on Facebook. Can’t track Gary down filed papers with the court but can’t find his location to sever the papers too. The address listed is not a real business. This is a scam don’t waste your time or money.

DONT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY.... EVER!!! My son ordered a board for his car and basically was robbed of his money, we tried contacting them but got no response at all. Asked for our money back and heard nothing back at all. I dont know about you but over a year for a product and not received anything I would call that theft, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM!!!!

Placed an order at the end of 2020, paid for and everything, never delivered, no replies to any follow up… think twice before ordering!

I had submitted a photo for a sign and Gary emailed me right away with some ideas. We chose an idea and the sign was made and shipped. When we received the sign, it had some bubbles on the right side. I emailed Gary asking how to fix that problem-no response. We took the sign to a car show this past weekend and within an hour the whole sign had bubbled up and cannot be used. I have been trying for days to contact Gary but no response. The website says that the signs are guaranteed for a year, but ours did not make it even half a day. So disappointed. Now trying to get my money back.
