I purchased two toys as gifts for my six-month-old granddaughter. The teddy bear arrived with a split seam and exposed stuffing and did not perform its advertised peek-a-boo function. The rabbit was also faulty. After numerous emails, photos and videos, I was offered 20%, then 50%, but not a full refund. The company acknowledged that the teddy was unsuitable for an infant but still would not refund the full purchase price. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this retailer again.

I was extremely frustrated with this company. The lamps I received were damaged, and according to their own policy, return shipping costs should be covered in this case. Despite this, I’m wasbeing told I have to pay for the return, which is unacceptable.
