Shortcut To SuperhostReviews of shortcuttosuperhost.com

This is by far the worst experience I've had with any company I've do e business with. They make promises but fail to deliver. Even scheduled meetings get cancelled without notice and analytics that are promised never come to fruition! Please do not waste your money on these amateurs they know less than I do but make it seem like they know everything about airbnb's algorithm.

Describing how disappointing this program has been is difficult. I entered the program with two existing properties and clear experience in the short-term rental space. I was not a beginner; I was specifically seeking advanced guidance to scale my business to the next level. However, the sales process was highly misleading. I was assured that my cohort would consist of experienced investors operating at a similar level. In reality, this was not the case. Group calls consistently focused on foundational concepts, making them largely unproductive and a poor use of time for anyone beyond a beginner stage. My initial mentor advised me to test a new marketing strategy, which resulted in approximately $500 in out-of-pocket expenses. It was later disclosed that this strategy was not aligned with STS’s own framework, and the mentor was subsequently terminated. The complete lack of oversight, accountability, or remediation from STS leadership in response to this situation was alarming. At the 90-day mark, I was informed that I could neither exit the program nor recoup any portion of my investment. A second mentor was then assigned. During our first meeting, I asked whether he could run a property address through AirDNA, as I did not have a full subscription. He stated this was outside the scope of the program, but implied he would do so if I provided a positive review of the program. This interaction was deeply unprofessional and further eroded my trust. At that point, it became clear that leadership oversight was severely lacking and that questionable business practices were being applied to paying clients. I felt that my concerns were irrelevant and that I was viewed solely as a source of revenue. Unfortunately, that perception has proven accurate. I continue to regret this commitment each month as the payment is withdrawn from my account, with ten months still remaining.

These folks know about Airbnb. As a farmer, I had no clue, no experience in hosting or any aspect of tourism. Some of their suggestions were counterintuitive, but I just did what they recommendedand the outcome has been way better than expected. We have been almost fully booked since. I worked with Jeremy Seegmiller, who was very knowledgeable, a good communicator, seemed to know just what to do. Shortcut To Super Host has been money well spent.

Hiring Quinten and Jeremy was hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made for my Airbnb business. I was incredibly impressed with their expertise. They suggested several strategic changes, including investing in a professional photographer and completely updating my listing information. Jeremy was an absolute rock star throughout the process. The results speak for themselves: I own three Airbnbs, including a 3-bedroom home in Gilbert, AZ. Last year, that house didn’t rent at all during the summer. After implementing their changes, it is now fully booked through October 2026! Additionally, my Casita—which used to only book a couple of times a month during the hot season—is now booked for 70 days straight. My stats and views have skyrocketed. If you want to increase your stays and boost your income, let them help you. Their services easily pay for themselves." Mike

I'm a host for finished rental over 10 years, I'm always learning and improving. This program really helps me and improved my hosting knowledge and skills, and the most important thing -- get more bookings. The part I like the most is the training website, it provides recorded zoom trainings in different subjects, easy access and can be for any level of hosts. For beginners, one on one coach program is a must, it helps you get into the door quickly. It really save time from research and study on your own. Learn from someone is successful is the key to be successful!

The lessons easy to understand and the action steps are clear. This is as close to someone holding your hand through the process as if someone was in the room with you. Also, Quentin is just a good guy in general always trying to help and engage everyone.

William West seriously knows his stuff when it comes to Airbnb and becoming a Superhost. I learned more from him in a short amount of time than I could’ve figured out on my own in years. The knowledge, strategies, and little details he teaches are next level. If you’re trying to grow an Airbnb business the right way, I’d definitely recommend him.

Listen, this is a real review from a real person. I have been working with Quentin from Shortcut To Superhost for about 2 years now. I am currently about to quit my corporate job and move to Brazil because of my results. I am the number one short-term rental operator in my area in Oklahoma. The teaching work almost instantly and most people see results within 2 days or at the least within a week. He not only taught me how to manage my own properties, but also taught me how to run a business of short-term rentals. He taught me how to get clients of my own and who I need in place for the business to run without me even being in the country. He freed me from my golden handcuffs. If you're willing to put in the work regardless of how you feel, you'll see the same results or better... That is a fact
