Short.io is a Game Changer!
I joined Short.io after being with Bitly for over 20 years. The time had come to move on because the aforementioned company's main purpose was to support large business with unlimited budgets that are known worldwide. As a small business owner involved in real estate and international business, finding a new link shortening vendor that offered stable business services was our top priority. Therefore, I embarked on a research journey and discovered plenty of alternatives offering much more than what we've had with the past vendor. My research was technical in nature, but I will not bore you with tech jargon. It took two weeks of intensive research including analyzing customer reviews and experiences. The PRO package was selected, and for now, it is more than sufficient for our needs. I am very impressed with the robust offerings by Short.io. We are very happy with them. We own many domains with most of them having their own web page connected through Short.io gives us excellent traffic statistics across the board. We are still learning Short.io's vast services, but are very confident we've made the right choice. The most important aspect of any company providing B2B services is their customer support. You don't get live support with Short.io, but very proactive and prompt chat support has been stellar. The tech support people including Nick have been great and more than willing to help. When some glitches were discovered on their site, it was brought to their attention, and in due time was corrected. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend Short.io as your link shortener vendor. You will feel very comfortable with them. Chat support is usually within minutes of opening the chat box. Keep in mind, I have in-depth experience with these type of services, and I can say with 100% confidence that Short.io is your go to company. I don't vacillate with companies that offer these type of services. Once a vendor is chosen, it's a vendor for LIFE! Short.io is simply the best on the market. Try them out.
