The biggest unethical transaction that i ever had.. The 30 day money back tagline is where the scam starts and furthermore had charged my card again without my authorization. Pls don't do any business with these scammers.. Unfortunately I fell for it.

Why are these people allowed to operate? Is there not some way to prevent massive scams like this? We can send people to the moon, but can't stop this crap from occurring. Hoping to relieve prostate BPH, only to see no product, being hit twice for fees, told I would get a refund, and heaps of automated responses. Scum bag company.

Product non delivery. Charged in two transactions for over $400 AUD. I made a live chat inquiry where the operator was doing their best to collect information for an identity theft so I dropped the chat. Received and email telling me I have an auto re-order arranged and I have a small window to cancel it so need to click on a button on this email. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Ordered from Shoreline-Supplements on 4 December 2023. Followed up 24 January 2024. Never received my order. Enquired again on 25 March 2024 by e mail. Requested immediate refund of $159.80 Shoreline-Supplements are SCAMMING people out of their money!

I have never placed an order with them. No idea who they are. But I have just received an email telling me my order is on the way and they deducting 159.80 dollars from card. No idea which card as I never ordered???

So I looked up the hemp gummies and 3 bottles were around 39.99 each. The more bottles you bought the cheaper. If you bought only 1 bottle it was 69.99 So I ordered 3 bottles. Then I received a pending amount of 328.90 for 5 bottles instead of about 120.00 for 3 bottles I’ve gone on their chat line several times with one irrelevant answer. I have reported this to the bank and they are waiting for it to no longer be pending before they can challenge it. They are not appearing to take it off pending. They have a professional website similar to ones that seem to be genuinely selling hemp gummies. Today I got a message to say my gummies are on the way but not happy at all. Finally had a discussion with someone online and they are refunding 50%of the money I was charged. Hopefully it and the product arrive.
