I loved my sweatshirt but it was way too big. I emailed to see if I could exchange for a smaller size but never received a response. I’m sad because it’s too expensive to buy another and they do not take returns. I wish the sizing was more clear on site so this could’ve been avoided.

The products are good quality very comfortable and the customer service excellent. A sweatshirt I order was out of stock Paige reached out to me right away and let me know and gave me the option to replace it or get a refund. Of course I replaced it with another sweatshirt.
