I have only been taking the product for…
I have only been taking the product for about a week but I have noticed some changes over the past few days ! if they begin to achieve what Im trying to overcome with some diabetic issues I will then look to reorder , but as of now all is well !

It came as it should
It came as it should, took little time but it came. Product has been helping with fitness training and performance aspects as well

Took a few weeks to arrive but since…
Took a few weeks to arrive but since I've started these, bps dropped, blood sugar is more consistent( no sudden peaks after meals) and I've got warm feet, the gels are nice to go down with some water and the only thing I don't like is when you burp you can feel the heat off the pepper, be ordering more later.
