The experience has always been great, from the customer service to the products received. Good vibes only. Love it.

Nina is absolutely awesome! She sent us a few items and they were all very adorable! We love the cute little boxes and different cute animals and food displays. Awesome wholesale brand.

Nina has been very helpful and patient getting us the demo product. The BERDZ bird feeders have terrific cameras and the software is very responsive. I was greatly impressed with the attention to detail in providing all mounting hardware and fasteners - usually we find that a new product has overlooked some bit of hardware, or that something just doesn't quite fit together. This was not the case with the BERDZ feeders - I really can't think of anything that they could have done to make this more complete and ready for home owners to install and enjoy. The remote notifications are great for those of us who have to be away from our bird feeders all day. I can now see who enjoys the seed, and can even yell at squirrels if I so choose, while away from home.

Nina has been fantastic to work with! She has been so incredibly patient, kind and helpful as we navigate our new business hiccups. The product has been fantastic as well!

Great company. Great quality looking products. Awesome price points. Will buy again. Local and free shipping.

nice salesperson

The BERDZ Camera feeders should be a hit in our pet store for our Wild Bird enthusiasts. You can't get much closer than this to the birds. We have a live demo in our store too! Nina was great working through getting us going.
