good communication nice product

Shipping took a long time. And products run at least 2 sizes small. Ordered June 23 and received July 20.

Shirts displayed in an attractive manner! They were easy to review and choose the one I preferred.

Though the shirt itself is cute with the three cats, the fact that it was shipped from Spain and took longer than expected was undesirable. It did not arrive by the 4th. It was nice having the constant updates on delivery, however.

Give the customer an expected delivery date. I was surprised that it took almost a month for delivery.

Bought a hat the was advertised to say” Only you can prevent forest fires. Seriously. We’ve been defunded.it’s just you now.” Approximately $25. Received hat about 4-5 weeks later. Hat says “ Only you can prevent forest fires. Seriously. Wo’ve been defunded. It’s just you now” Despite several emails no satisfactory consideration. Was offered $3 - asked them to at least admit they sold misspelled product

Hat was a bit small for an adult, but luckily it fits me.

Love both the hat and the shirt. I hav already had many compliments on my hat…and questions of where I got it! The shirt is for someone who works with people who use horse therapy, from Alzheimer’s patients to behavior challenged children! She loves it!
