Poor communication.
I bought a product from the website that ended up being too stiff. I tried to return it by contacting them through email and calling their customer service number but I never got any replies or answers from either :(

cheap quality for a 25$ top, def not worth the money. Just go to a retail store like ross or marshall’s instead. but serves its purpose.

Scam!
I ordered from this business about a month ago, but I haven't received my item from them yet. extremely disappointed I even contacted the business, but they didn't respond.

Sizing was wildly inconsistent
Sizing was wildly inconsistent. Customer service contact took several days. Returns must go back to China which is prohibitively expensive. No offer of a small % refund or store credit was made.
