Hi Patrick - we're sorry to hear that you are upset and confused about what happened. You were invited to our Collective group (which you currently are still in) however you also joined a group that was meant only for Talons staff. It is our error in that we did not have the proper controls for that team member only group, however one of our team members notified you accordingly, in a cordial way. The founder also texted you directly, shared the same context, and offered to answer any questions should you need it. Responding to us with remarks about Talons being a fad and using language that is divisive goes against what we are building. If you have a point of view in how we can make the product better or improve the customer experience we would love to hear your thoughts.

Brandon purchased our Metallics - Dark Chrome Transformation to Black Gloss design, which as stated in the title (and description) transforms from the metallic to a Black Gloss. Unfortunately Brandon didn't seem to like this effect and decided to address it by blasting our social media and writing this review instead of working with our operations team on a resolution. Additionally, Talons are meant to be clipped to your natural nail length, and upon review of the pictures provided we see that Brandon did not cut the Talons to his natural nail, resulting in one of the Talons breaking, which we offered to replace. Our operations team provides information and options to resolve issues to all customer inquiries. Even when we do not find a resolution to our customers satisfaction we stand by our guarantee and Brandon has been refunded.
