We're including his response for your awareness as well as others. --- This is Sasha, the founder and CEO of Talons. We just launched Sept 30th and I'm sure we have room for improvement. Feedback is what will help us get better, so I appreciate you sharing your experience and sharing the videos as well. I'm happy to engage in a dialogue with you to find a way to improve the bond of the adhesive so you can really experience Talons the way many other men have so far, should you be open to having a dialogue in a mutually respectful tone. Getting a good bond is dependent on anatomy (flatter nails are easier to bond vs. more curved nails) and the prep steps taken can make a big difference. Here are the industry leading prep and application steps: 1. Lightly buff your nail surface to remove shine. 2. Wash your hands or wipe nails with alcohol to remove dust and oils. 3. Dry completely before applying. 4. For the strongest hold, use glue (a small amount on its own or with the tabs). We recommend a brand called Curvlife. Give that combo a try with the extra adhesives provided and they should stay solid. If not, shoot me a message or a give me a call and we'll figure this out. However, if it still doesn't work or if you are simply too frustrated and rather not try it again, I’ll give you a full refund. For some additional context, Talons is the first designer nails for men company ever created and it took a year and an incredible amount of thoughtfulness for our team to create this product, following industry best practices along the way (this is the same adhesives used in leading womens brands). The mission and objective of doing this is to help enhance men's expression which we hope will lead to increased confidence and promote men's mental health. The last thing we would want to do is create such a frustrating experience. I do hope the steps above work and can re-invigorate your excitement. It would mean a lot to me if it did.
