Ordered a pair of sneakers. After several weeks, the order was canceled without explanation. No notifications of any kind throughout the process. I won’t be back.

I placed an order for a pair shoes that said they were in stock for my size. The confirmation page said the order was received, and provided links to track and to contact. I checked back in a few days, and there was no change in status or movement. After a week or no change in status, I sent an email, via reply to the confirmation email and one from the order status page. I received no response. After two weeks since purchase date and having no response to previous contact requests, I sent another message via the contact us tool. In it I said that while I would prefer to have the shoes I ordered, if I don't hear back soon, I will proceed with contacting PayPal for a chargeback. About 2 days later, I randomly receive notification from PayPal that I have be credited for my order. So, someone is reading my communications. They just don't think it's necessary to respond. This was my first time ordering from them. And it also the last time I will order from them. Good luck with this strategy.

Never received items. Contacted seller numerous times with no reply. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and was finally able to get my money back as seller was non existent.

I am still waiting on a resolution for my incorrect order. I received the WRONG shoes. They ARE NOT what I ordered. I have sent several emails with photos and I have only received one response that didnt address the exchange required. I received the incorrect shoes on the 19th August & till today you have not been able to tell me how I can get the correct ones. All I want are the shoes that I ordered.
