Hey thank you for reaching out! Upon checking your order I can see your tracking hasn't updated in 12 days. I'm assuming your package may be lost in transit, it happens sometimes. Since you purchased the route package protection at checkout you will be eligible for a refund so no worries I opened a refund request with them and you should be refunded within 3 days. Fake Nike phantoms. Dye runs and colour changes
Have purchased Nike react phantoms in white/pure platinum and don’t believe they are genuine. Placed in a cold wash as the front section started yellowing out of nowhere, only for them to come back out poo brown. The material is peeling from edges and almost as if they have been dyed with a brown ink. Ripped off. I would attach a photo of before an after but I cannot. I have also reached out to shopstocked and they completely reworded my review, the shoes actually turned yellow before washing hence why I washed them in the first place. So terrible product and terrible service

Hi, I'm sorry about that! I understand that your white phantoms turned yellow after you washed them. They are 100% genuine from nike. I have noticed the quality of nike products declining lately. We don't recommend throwing them in the wash. Since it's been nearly 2 months I can no longer offer you a return but send us an email and I'll be happy to give you a complimentary $30 gift card to use on your next order.

Trustworthy seller
Trustworthy seller. Have bought shoes multiple times and they have arrived. They have even better tracking now. Any issues they reply to emails including ones that accidentally go to there Spam. Always surprised by the shoes they sell as they seem to be the first to get them!
