Excellent service over busy Christmas period
After I placed my order I read a lot of negative reviews about this company and I admit I was concerned. I knew I had just missed the delivery deadline for Christmas delivery to the UK but after a couple of weeks I did email the company asking for a progress update as my order had been processing for a while. Gilbert Spring got back to me in a timely manner and provided a tracking number which he said would be live in a few days. He was true to his word and I was soon able to track the progress of my order from the USA to UK. The package arrived in the country before Christmas, but understandably, due to huge amounts of parcels bringing sent, Royal Mail ( the UK postal service) did not get the parcel until Christmas Eve and as there are no deliveries on 25/26 December, did not deliver until today, 27th December. I very happy with the tee shirt and very happy with the ordering/ delivery process. I know this is a long review but I wanted to reach out to potential customers and say that I had no issues at all and would happily order again.
