Placed an order did not receive it Company keeps giving me a runaround about a refund And to cancel my order. Basically a place to order never received it nor did I receive my money back. Do not waste your time

put an order in at the beginning of the year and contacted them on 3/8, 4/1, 5/29 and 6/5 for items or refund. Placating words but no action. Reported to my bank and they ruled against me due to waiting too long so I'm just out on a $70USD order. buyer beware - do not buy from anyone who uses spring including da share z0ne

I would give them 0 stars, but I can't. My order has been in the "printing" status for the past 7 months! Every time I email them, they tell me that production is "backed up" and they'll keep me updated. I keep asking for a refund, but they will not give it to me. The customer service is awful! All I wanted was ONE sweatshirt for my kid's birthday, and here it is SEVEN MONTHS LATER! This is ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Three months after ordering, I'm still waiting for my order to even be produced in the first place, because of a "high volume of orders".

Beware! Fraudulent company

Over 2 weeks past due on shipping my product. No clue when anything is coming, they won’t answer any emails. I’ve sent 4 emails asking for refund but nobody response.

Sadly, I’ve got to echo what everyone else has written. My order has been “printing” for over six weeks now. I’ve contacted Spring multiple times through chat and email with no response or responses that read like delaying tactics. I wish I could initiate a dispute or chargeback but I stupidly paid with a debit card.

Same as everyone else seems like placed my order over a month ago still in production all it was was a sticker I wouldn't order through them looks like I'm probably out my 10 bucks
