Took > 20 days to arrive and only 4 socks out of 8 were in the delivery.

Unfortunately I keep getting emails to rate the product.its hard to do that when you haven't received it yet .

Unhappy, didn't receive my socks and would like a refund.

Socks are too small and don't care for the fabric. Even on sale did not feel they were worth the price. Love the avaialable patterns.

I only gave 1 star because I could not give minus stars. I ordered 2 pair. Not much money. Only problem is I never got them and they don’t care. They claim that their records show “delivered.” Of course, I cannot prove that I never got their cheap socks. Don’t waste your time. Buy them elsewhere.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I've been trying to get a hold of someone to return these shark socks that are AWFUL for over a week, but no one ever gets back to me!!! I had the same problem first purchase, I should have learned. You think this company would have figured out that customer service is the NUMBER ONE REASON PEOPLE KEEP COMING BACK!!!! Or NOT

I ordered 12 pair of socks and only received 11 pairs. The company has refused to send the 12th pair that I paid for or refund the money. Despite sending a screenshot of the confirmed order and stating I received all but the one pair I described for them that was missing, Socky Sock pointlessly insisted that I send a photo of the other 11 pairs I never disputed I got.
