Support email bounces back to me. Almost been a month and still no product. I'm suspicious that this site is a fraud.

I have not received my order. And every time I try to email support to ask, it says the support email does not exist. Not very happy with my experience with this. Cool idea, poor service. Better get a refund if product doesn't come. Would get 0 stars if had been possible

It’s been 2 and a half weeks and I have not gotten my order

This company has absolute terrible customer service. I have received 2 separate emails from the company asking my opinion. There is a place to reply but it comes back as undeliverable. I placed an order 6/24 that has not been received. I have called a phone number that is always busy. I Have hung up and called right back for hours. I called on a different dayat 7:45am and called at 8pm phone always busy. They had no trouble taking my money just no items to show what I paid for.

I never received my order!!! It is very disappointing.

It’s been 2 weeks. Still have not received a tracking number for my order. I cannot seem to get in touch with the company via phone or email.

I've ordered these socs along time ago. Every time I query about it it gives me an email. "the complaint has been lodged. No communication other than that???? I need an anto know when I will receive my order please.

I ORDERED SOME SOCKS AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER...YALL DIDN'T REIMBURSE ME OR SEND MY ORDER BACK OUT... I'M VERY UPSET WITH YALL SERVICE...THANK YOU...
