We would have loved to handle this for you, but it's not possible because the insurance company, ASSURANT needs to verify your identity. This is a standard procedure to prevent fraud and from other people making false claims.We understand this may seem unusual, but it is a common practice among insurance companies when processing claims for lost packages. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process of how an insurance company needs to verify a claim. However, we are committed to helping you through this process and have already submitted all the necessary paperwork on your behalf. Hello Anna, Thank you for your feedback, regarding your Pre order it was estimated to ship Nov 25th, There was a an unforeseen shipping delay in which we emailed you Nov 24th, letting you know that your order will be shipped Dec 6th. We did not get a response on your end. We kindly ask you to please reply to out email so we ca properly address this issue. Thank you again for your time.

It appears that there has been a misunderstanding. After thoroughly reviewing our records, we can confirm that your order was never shipped from our end, which means you were not sent the wrong size, nor did you lose your money on this particular transaction.
