Very communicative and low pressure service. I was able to cancel anytime no penalty which made me go with them. Every other agent required exclusivity. What I found was a full-service support 7 days a week with expert support form Rob Jr and Rob Sr. Will be back :)

We bought a home this year with shop prop as our realtor. Rob and his team are always available and will put you in a separate group chat thread where you can ask questions and everything stays organized. It helps if you know a thing or two about real estate but even if you do not, Rob and his team are super prompt and will help with any issues that come up. They also were very easy to make appointments with in case you had questions about the offer or any negotiations. And the rebate is given as promised. Overall 10/10 experience would highly recommend.

Rob and team were very professional and super helpful. They were with us at every step of the way in the buying process. Pretty streamlined process when it comes to looking at houses. Their local agent (Ken) was super helpful when touring properties. Rob and team also helped us navigate the offer making process and various other things that came up during closing.
