Hi Ciara! We are so sorry to hear that one of your items did not work out. Sometimes what happens with jeans is the sizing and fit wildly depends on the material the jeans are made of. For example, a lot of our denim is 100% cotton, so there is little to no stretch in them. I understand how frustrating it is to try and find your perfect size, especially in jeans! We do offer returns through our return portal here: https://returns.shoppriceless.com/ so you can exchange for a different size or a different item entirely! Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your full name and order number if you have any additional questions and we would be happy to assist further.

Hi Shanika, thank you for reaching out and leaving us this feedback! I see you have been in correspondence with our shipping team on your most recent order. When an item is on Sale, it is marked as final sale and cannot be returned. This is outlined on the page itself and in our returns policy. However, as a one-time courtesy, we waived this policy for you! If you need any additional assistance, please let me know and I would be happy to help further.
