We’re disappointed by the characterization of our business as a “scam,” and we’d like to clarify the facts for future customers reading this review. The materials used in our jewelry are disclosed in each product description, and our jewelry has been final sale for approximately eight years. This policy is disclosed prior to purchase and was not created in response to this order. You previously told us that the jewelry caused itching, which we acknowledged. Individual skin sensitivities can occur, which is why the materials are disclosed in each product description. However, the additional claims regarding tarnishing and staining were not previously reported to us. In fact, the photos you provided showed the jewelry intact with no visible tarnishing or staining. We also provide jewelry care and anti-tarnish guidance on our website. Despite jewelry being final sale, we still offered you a 50% refund on the jewelry you were unhappy with as a courtesy in an effort to resolve your concerns. You are absolutely entitled to believe that a $15–$22 piece should cost $5. However, a disagreement over what you personally believe an item is worth does not make a business a “scam.” Selling these pieces for $5 would result in our business selling them at a loss. We respect your right to dislike the product, disagree with our pricing, and share your experience. However, we disagree with characterizing our business as fraudulent simply because you believe our jewelry should be priced lower. We have been in business for years, have sold thousands of pieces, and stand behind the transparency of our product descriptions, pricing, policies, and care instructions. At this point, we’ll allow the overwhelming number of positive reviews and experiences shared by our customers to speak for themselves.

The set purchased was a $60 top-and-bottom set from an American-owned small business that pays fair wages and works hard to keep pricing affordable. We stand behind our product listings, which include photos, videos, sizing information, and fabric details to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. We also have numerous customer photos and tags of this item that accurately reflect its appearance and quality. Our store credit return policy was clearly disclosed before purchase under the product description, on our FAQ page, and again at checkout. Because we sell vacation wear and special-occasion pieces, this policy helps protect our small business from one-time-use returns. While we understand that not every fabric or style will meet every customer's preferences, receiving an item that does not match personal expectations does not mean it was misrepresented. Hello, We’re sorry you did not have a great experience with our customer service, especially as a first-time customer. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our policies prior to ordering. We make the importance of purchase protection extremely clear under every item description, on a dedicated FAQ/policy page, and again at checkout before payment is completed. The package protection for your order would have cost approximately $2.50, but it was manually removed during checkout. In addition, you were required to agree to our Terms & Conditions checkbox acknowledging that if protection is declined, the customer assumes responsibility for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. When you contacted us, we did not ignore the situation. We directed you to USPS and also informed you that, despite the declined protection, we would still assist by filing a claim on your behalf as a courtesy. USPS ultimately confirmed the package was delivered to the address provided on the order. What many customers may not realize is that when a package is marked delivered, the product, packaging materials, shipping costs, labor, and transaction fees have already been fully spent on our end. If we refunded every delivered order where protection was declined, there would be no purpose in offering affordable package protection in the first place. That protection exists to protect both the customer and our small business. As a small business, we intentionally keep our pricing significantly lower than many comparable brands, and part of being able to maintain those prices is having clear policies in place regarding shipping protection. We spent months negotiating affordable coverage options specifically so customers could choose the level of protection they were comfortable with prior to ordering. While we understand your frustration with USPS, we do not believe it is fair to characterize our company as uncaring when we followed the policies agreed to at checkout and still attempted to assist you beyond what was required.

Your order was placed on April 25th, not the beginning of April, and included a preorder item that was clearly labeled as a preorder throughout the purchasing process. The item title itself stated “preorder,” the product page required clicking a “Preorder Now” button that included the shipment date, and we also have a dedicated preorder policy page explaining preorder timelines. The shipment date listed for your item was May 21st, and your package was delivered on May 26th, which was within the advertised timeframe. At your request, your non-preorder items were shipped separately and delivered earlier. We also want to clarify that we would have absolutely no reason to provide a “fake” return address. The return address provided is the same exact address we provide to all customers and matches the courtesy return label we provided for your approved return. While we understand not every shopping experience will be perfect, we do ask that reviews accurately reflect the full context of the order and policies agreed to at checkout.

When you contacted us regarding sizing, our team responded within 24 hours and offered to personally re-inspect the item. We provided a complimentary return label and shipped a replacement dress as a courtesy, despite the item falling within our stated policy. This was done in an effort to assist you as quickly and fairly as possible. After reviewing the photos you shared of you in the dress, the measurements shown did not align with the U.S. Medium sizing referenced. That said, we still attempted to accommodate you. No return or exchange request was submitted for the second dress, and the item was ultimately worn. This particular style has been worn and tagged by hundreds of customers, with very few sizing concerns reported. While we understand fit can feel different from person to person, we did not ignore your feedback and took steps to review the situation internally. Regarding social media: We welcome honest feedback. Comments or accounts are only moderated when they violate platform guidelines or involve targeting of other customers or staff. Thank you for your feedback, Amber. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Express shipping was only available for the Black Fleur, not the Red Fleur. Within 24–48 hours of your order, we notified all Red Fleur customers of a brief 4-day delay due to a tariff hold and gave the option to refund, exchange, or wait. You chose to wait. When your order was delivered, the photos provided suggested the damage occurred during try-on, as every item is carefully inspected before shipment. Even so, we went beyond policy and offered a direct refund to your card. We take pride in being transparent and fair, and while this was an unusual situation, we worked quickly to resolve it.

Hello, We take all feedback seriously and would like to address the concerns raised in your review. Firstly, we want to clarify that we never changed the preorder date. There are two shipment dates for different sets of orders, and your order was clearly scheduled to ship on the 30th. You did not even give us until the end of the business day before sending us multiple emails. “ Go suck a si*k di*k and die f*ggot” , “Reverse my money to my card dumb ass bitch . Why is yal holding my money and not sending no dress . Broke as* bit*h, send me my sh*t .” Once we received those emails and instagram DM's, we voluntarily refunded your order. The shipment was not processed yet, so we simply canceled it—especially the second order you tried to place within the hour of us refunding you. Not all money is good money, and we do not want to continue doing business with someone who treats our team this way. To be clear, you did not request a refund on Thursday (27th) .You mentioned possibly wanting a refund if the item wasn’t shipped by the 30th (which it would have been), and we had no problem accommodating that request. However, you still expressed that you wanted the item. The refund was issued voluntarily after we received your derogatory emails on the 30th. You only became upset and sent more hostile messages when you realized that we had refused your money. We wish we could post our email exchanges to show how this situation actually unfolded. Over a dress that was going out on the date we established. There is much more we can’t show you—the messages on Instagram were even worse. This is how some people talk to us and expect us to want to service them. You gave us a 1-star rating for not shipping earlier than the timeframe we clearly communicated. We want to emphasize that we did not refuse a refund—in fact, we voluntarily issued it. We also emailed you a confirmation to ensure transparency. Additionally, we noticed that you placed another order right after we cancelled the first one. Which we also canceled as a precaution given your previous feedback. If you truly believed we were scammers, it would be unlikely to place a second order immediately after your first. We understand that preorder wait times can be frustrating, but we are committed to maintaining transparency and fulfilling our promises. We kindly ask that reviews accurately reflect the situation, as we always strive to provide the best service possible. More than 2,000 of these dresses in this particular color were preordered, and we want to thank everyone who waited for the dates we established.
