Do not buy from this company. I "bought" a ninja foodi on 25th February and had no luck so far I getting my money back. I have reported them and awaiting update from my bank. Unfortunately I used a cashback card and may not be able to eligible for chareback. FUMING

Ordered a vacuum cleaner £136 communicated with Andrew Main who claimed to be director of shopping on line which was owned by AJ Trading Ltd . He assured me that this would be delivered and was given a tracking number and courier name . I began to be suspicious when I couldn’t track the item on this untraceable website. Then on trying to contact AJ Trading they had vanished. TOTAL SCAM no item arrived I now have to wait 4 weeks before the bank helps .

Total scam!!!! wish I'd looked on Trustpilot before ordering from them. Paid for a ninja 15 in 1 £200. Order never arrived. contacted my bank and they reimbursed my account with the £200 and are now pursuing A.J.TRADING for the money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Andrew Tate how do you sleep at night!! I foolishly bought a Vax vacuum from this so called company-NO VAX NO REPLY FROM MY EMAILS NO ANSWER FROM MOBILE PHONE,CLICK ONTO THE TRACKING MAIL THEY SENT NON EXSISTANCE 404 KEPT COMING UP-I’m SO ANNOYED WITH MYSELF -PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED SHOP COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM -I have alerted my bank ( but the £156 has been taken out but NO. VAX ) I am now trying to get my money back.

We ordered a fridge/freezer and never turned up. I have been promised a refund and so far not received. Emails are bouncing and their website is say 404 not found. It looks like we have been scammed and to make matters worse it looks like our card provider cannot re imburse due to being a cashback card.
