I ordered what wa advertised as a Therawrap and it even showed a photo of a Therawrap. What was received was a cordless heating pad from China. No infrared lights with photos showing it can be used on all parts of body. The real Therawrap is meant for use only on the wrist. Contacted customer service to return item sent and no response.

I ordered a Whooshie toilet cleaner and received a shipment from China in a box with all Chinese writing that's a knockoff. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! After receiving the "product" I took a closer at the website. There's an address in Seattle, but no phone number. Further research told me it's not approved by the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY!

Learned my lesson and got scammed. Ordered a Zenouv mouthpiece and they sent me a cheap generic. No response in trying to get a refund. Total scam company

I saw an ad that Shopper Holiday was selling Rehears. Rehears is a red light device for your ears, hearing, and tinnitus. Shopper Holiday had it for 5 dollars less than what I saw on social media and so I paid them the nearly 90 dollars. To their credit, the item they sent had great tracking and arrived at my home in a timely way, especially since it was coming from China. The problem was and is that the item they sent is a knock-off, a fake, and counterfeit. I wrote them immediately and included the receipt picture that had the "rehears" logo and box, told them they sent me a fake that was in a box with no manufacturer's name, and that I wasn't even sure this "red light" therapy was safe from the quacks that make it. They never responded at all. I sent them 2 emails. Their office in Seattle is also a fake address. There is a bakery where they say they are. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

I'm only giving it 2 star because when I asked for a refund, they gave it to me right away. I ordered this anti-snoring mouthpiece thinking the company was in Seattle. I live just a few hours away but I never got the product. Then tracked it and saw it was coming from CHINA! Tracking showed the package finally got to my town and was out for delivery. Then they said they were unable to deliver it and would try the next day. Then they said they tried again later the same day but couldn't. This is bogus. It's easy to deliver to me and I get deliveries regularly. So I felt something was wrong so immediately asked for a refund and they give it to me right away. What the heck? How does a company like this stay in business?

Ordered a Vital Wrist Ball but received a Gyro Ball. Order confirmation even states Vital Wrist Ball. Ordered and received 2. Neither one works. Refund policy is a Joke. I Would steer clear of this company. They have a low score for good reason.
