Shopper Approved is a great service to employ and a wonderful team to work with. Their review service is top notch. Whenever our company runs into an issue with our reviews (Our websites fault), Shopper Approve's Team works with us to correct the issue as fast as possible. Highly recommend.

They have always treated me with honesty and respect. The system is very reliable. Support is responsive. I run lots of apps in my store and I love the ones that are reliable with quality staff.

Fabulous Vendor Support
Our rep reached out to us in the first week of January to provide us with suggestions that would help us get more reviews. He then reached out to the team to help us resolve some coding issues. Reviews were classified as TEST reviews instead of immediately showing up. Within 48 hours that issue was resolved, with a meeting scheduled for next month to check iin with us. Fabulous vendor support!
