Hi Joe, I looked at PeptidePros account and they have the full survey email automatically set to send out 10 days after every purchase on their website. They also have a second reminder email set to go out 3 days after that. If for some reason you haven't received either of these follow up survey emails, although rare, it is possible that they could have gone into your spam filter. It's important to know that every email review request is sent directly from Shopper Approved, not PeptidePros. Hello again Jim, Based on this review and the one you posted last week, it's obvious that you had a bad experience with Pasha Hawaii, one of our long-time clients. First off, I'm truly sorry that you had a bad experience. I've also had bad experiences with various companies in the past and it's never fun. I can only imagine the stress involved when shipping a car over the ocean. As I mentioned in my response last week, we are a verified review company, which means that we only collect ratings and reviews from actual paying customers of our clients, including Pasha Hawaii, and we validate each customer's information at the point of purchase to ensure authenticity. Our entire reputation as a global review company depends on our transparency and integrity, and I assure you that we would never do anything that would put that in jeopardy. And I know you don't want to hear this, but just because you unfortunately had a bad experience, doesn't mean that Pasha Hawaii isn't a good company. The reality is that sometimes things do go perfectly - especially when shipping massive containers and cars across the ocean. I really do hope you can find resolution to whatever issue you have with them. Hi Bruce, As a verified review company, only actual customers that have made a purchase from one of our clients can leave a review, and we actively invite every customer to do so, regardless of their rating. When it comes to the ticket industry - especially the secondary market - they make their money by charging extra fees. As much as we all hate paying these fees, the fact that they charge them has nothing to do with us as an independent review platform. We simply collect and display the review data we collect after each person buys. I'm truly sorry that you had a bad experience, but I assure you that we are 100% above board, and are doing the best we can to educate consumers in an effort to help them make good buying decisions. Hi Sean, The reason for disparity in the ratings is due to the fact that we are directly integrated into their shopping cart system, which gives us the ability to actively solicit ratings and reviews from every one of their actual customers after they buy, whereas the only way people can leave a review on BBB is if they actively search it out and post their issue. What that means is that while the BBB definitely has it's place, it should not be relied upon as an actual representation of the companies overall reputation.
