False advertising, Shoppaya should be sued and shut down! This company definitely pays people for 5 star reviews because the whitening toothpaste just doesn't work!

Not up to standard no power. In water. blaster wasted my money on this product

I ordered the shower foot scrubber via facebook. The product was totally unsuitable. Very thin, flimsy and the suction caps would not hold on the shower floor and wall tiles. I contacted Shopaya requesting a full refund for a product not fit for purpose. Despite receiving a prompt reply they initially only offered only a 25% ($7) refund. After my refusal they increased their offer to 50% ($14) and generously added that I may keep the faulty product. They were not prepared to refund any of the postage cost. I haven't replied, just put it down to experience. Don't buy from this company. I normally check for reviews before I buy anything online, but I didn't this time.

The garden tool i ordered was absolute rubbish.nothing like the one advertized. What a rip off. I will not be fooled again Scam to get you money !!.

It is awful!! You don’t even try to help with orders. After 20+ days I am still getting a runaround. This company doesn’t care about customers at all!!!!

I ordered my facial hair remover in April. My money was taken April 2. I still have not received my item. These companies are all scamers Trying to contact them is a mute point. Never again will I purchase anything advertised on line! Order from American companies only!

I ordered 21 Fitness Resistance Bands-4 Tube Pedal Ankle Puller on 5/05/2026 and still didn’t received the tracking update. So, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam after seeing all the negative reviews. Lesson learned! 😕
