I ordered a 21 Fitness Resistance Bands-4 Tube Pedal Ankle Puller. I used it a couple of times and the ankle strap snapped and the plastic piece shot at my face. It's been a couple of weeks and I'm still in quite a bit of pain. I contacted them for a refund and they said it's been used. Of course it has. It's terrible quality and very dangerous if you ask me. Almost got my eye and I'm in quite a bit of pain. They are terrible. Don't use or buy from these guys.

I bought a 4band resistant ankle puller and the part over the feet were meant to be all sponge . But mine were plastic . Then I saw another ad, unaware that it was the same "company" and there were advertising not to buy another brand as they were fake and had plastic, so I ordered with him and when it came , surprise,surprise, it was the identical kit with PLASTIC at the foot pedals . I tried to get an address to send them back for a refund but was offered to keep the items and he would refund me 25% off the price ......he would give me £3.75 . They are in the bin . Please everyone do not buy these in my opinion unless you don't mind your feet being hurt with plastic and the ropedoesnt stretch the height of a human and im only 5ft and it would only stretch from my ankle to my calf !! Useless!! I only gave one star to be able to write this review .

If I was you, I would not purchase from this store one you have to wait forever for your product to the product doesn’t work so I wish to return it cause I don’t need it and they have a 14 day return policy and they are not honoring it so I have to keep the flash drive whether it works or not. This is a scam because your policy says 14 days return and how come I can’t return the item.

First I ordered a solar fan hat that showed two solar fans on a landscaping hat. Which sounded like a cool thing to get for my husband who's out in the hot North Carolina sun all day. I ordered the hat and received a hat with one fan the was completely lopsided we did not open the packaging around the hat only the shipping bag to get to the hat. I initiated a return immediately. they responded that the needed photos so I sent them. Then I received an email saying that they would refund $4.31 !! That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. This company is a complete joke. Scammed. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I hate getting scammed! Especially from companies that put up high quality content in their advertising. I was looking forward to using these two exercise tools but I probably will never see them. Reporting the company immediately and asking my bank to get my money back! Don’t get sucked in.
