One star is too many! I ordered a neck fan from them which arrived in suspiciously tatty packaging. The charger didn’t fit and so couldn’t recharge and on/off button stuck. I emailed them but after two attempts they ignored me. I would never use them again - a complete con!

Ordered $40 worth of microfiber towels, never received them. The tracking website says it was delivered to the "front desk or reception area" (my house doesn't have one of those). I've tried contacting support multiple times, and every time they tell me to check with my neighbors and to make sure it wasn't placed in an unexpected area. I've checked with my neighbors, and none of them has the package. When I ask for a refund or to be sent another order of towels, they completely ignore my emails. Do not buy from this company, there are plenty of better options to choose from.

I haven't received goods paid for weeks ago. Fobbing me off with in transit stories. Avoid

Ordered the Brown Woven Sandals, the first time worn, the side of the right foot at the toe line came out of the bottom of the shoe. I almost got hurt. Luckily I was able to reach my car without too much trouble hopping on one foot. Companies selling in America should have to follow stricter rules, junk should not be permitted to cross the ocean and be dumped on us.

Not received. My tracking number says it was delivered to Sydney within 4 days and transferred to another service provider. No new tracking number. That was over a month ago. I don't think it even arrived in Sydney. SCAM!

I ordered an item early July for delivery to Melbourne. A month later I could see it was delivered to NSW to a mail centre but hadn't moved and so sent an email on 9 August to follow up. No response. Checking today 12 Sept it is now in another state (Queensland) which is two states North of me. I'm starting to believe the purchase was a scam because it cannot possibly be it takes 2 months for a small fitness item to be delivered to a major capital city in Australia. I've sent a follow up email today but I'm not holding my breath waiting for a response.......

I ordered a pack of facial hair remover. It never arrived although it was supposed to have been delivered. I whish I had never ordered and wasted my money. In my opinion it is a scam.
