I bought this three months ago
I bought this three months ago. They told me 3 collars would work off one remote to set up boundaries. When it didn’t work they sent me 2 extra remotes so I could assign one remote per collar. The collars were hot and miss with boundaries and the dogs would walk right through the “boundary area” without being corrected. In addition to them now working randomly, one of the collars would shock one of my dogs at random. They told me to ship it all back, ( at my expense 22.50$). They received the collars back a week and a half ago and it’s crickets one returning my money. This company is horrible, the products come directly from China and after 3 months of screwing around I’m still out all the money plus shipping. Do not buy this garbage. Please.

Hello Bill, We’re very sorry the system did not work reliably for your property and for the frustration this experience has caused. Earlier versions required separate remotes for certain multi-collar boundary setups. We have since updated the system so all three collars can be managed through one remote. GPS performance can also vary depending on terrain, tree coverage, nearby structures, and satellite conditions, and we are continuing to improve the system for a wider range of environments. Regarding your refund, returned systems are inspected and processed in the order they are received. We apologize that yours has not yet been completed.
