I ordered a pair of Li-Ning running shoes, Super Light series. The customer inquiry response is very timely, within 12 hours. I was a bit disappointed by the delivery reception. The box/package was moderately crushed when I received it. Cannot discern how the package was handled roughly, or when or where during the shipping process that the package experienced compression. The shoes are, however, received well. The box has protected the shoes as well as the cardboard shoe crease guards that remained in the shoes. In addition with the pair of shoes I've received, it came with complimentary Li-Ning basketball socks (1-pair). Not bad!
