I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with ShopMy. I am a dedicated creator who strictly followed all of their policies, linked my genuine social media accounts, and consistently produced high-quality content. By May 2026, I had accumulated over $10,000 in commissions in my account. However, on May 25th, 2026, ShopMy abruptly sent me an email claiming my account violated their policy and immediately terminated it. They did not provide a single piece of specific evidence or explanation. I submitted an appeal right away, but they have completely ignored me. There is absolutely zero transparency, and they treat creators with zero respect, denying us our basic rights to our hard-earned money. ShopMy behaves like a scam platform that steals from its creators. If you are currently using or planning to use ShopMy, please be extremely careful. They can and will take your money away overnight without explanation!

1 Star My experience with ShopMy has been devastating. After spending months building my account and creating content, my account was suddenly closed without any meaningful explanation. Since then, I’ve been unable to get in contact with anyone who can actually help. Emails have gone unanswered, and there has been no transparency about the decision. What makes this even worse is that I had nearly $20,000 in pending commissions that now appear to have been forfeited. Months of hard work, content creation, and sales have seemingly disappeared overnight. I understand that platforms have the right to enforce their policies, but creators also deserve clear communication, due process, and access to earnings they’ve worked for. Closing an account without providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue or explain what happened is incredibly frustrating. If you’re considering building your business on ShopMy, keep in mind that you’re placing a great deal of trust in a platform that, in my experience, can leave you without answers and potentially without the commissions you’ve earned.

I am so disappointed in this company, I had about 5 thousand in commissions to be paid out over the next couple months and a couple days before a big payout I receive a vague email stating my account had been banned for violating their terms. I read through them and have not violated and have filed an appeal and have not heard back. Can't get a hold of a real person that works there and no explanation or reasoning why the account is gone. I hope that brands stop working with this company that is horrible to their creators. I recommend to steer clear of this company.

i used shoexplanation, pmy for 8 m , icon tier, made over 60k in sales. until ShopMy banned my account and reversed my sales for no reason without explanation. Shopmy keeps stealing from creators.

One of the brands I work with invited me to join ShopMy when they switched affiliate platforms in February of 2025. Took me a minute to really get the hang of it, but I finally figured it out. I was using their links on my social media channels - Pinterest, IG, FB, TT, LI, Threads, X, and Reddit. I also manage 4 websites and multiple newsletters. By October of 2025 I was averaging $10k+ a month in commissions. By March 2026 I was at $20k. And March, April, and May were just as large. Until all of a sudden (May 12th 2026) I could no longer create new links. In my email I saw a generic email saying I was suspended for violating TOS which I absolutely did not do. There was an option to appeal the decision and it said I should hear back in 14 days. It has now been a month and not only have I not heard back I have emailed creator support 20+ times, I have emailed Harry (the CEO) directly 4 times. And not a single person has responded to me. To make matters worse, my old account is still active. So my old links and my old custom coupon codes are all still active. So my stuff is still be tracked and ShopMy is likely still receiving payments from brands. So they are just making money off my hard work. I have since removed all my links but as you can imagine I had like 10,000+ links across dozens of websites so I have been unable to remove/change all of them. So ShopMy is a scam. You can definitely make money with them, but don't make too much cause then they will ban you and steal your money you have already earned as well as steal future commissions once they ban your account.

I joined ShopMy in November 2025 and built up over $3,000 in pending commissions over several months. On May 20th I received an automated email saying my account had been permanently deactivated for violating their terms of service but the email only listed generic possible violations with no indication of which one actually applied to my account. I submitted a formal appeal, emailed creator support multiple times, and reached out to my ShopMy contact directly. Every response I received was a copy-paste template. They refused to tell me specifically what I did wrong and ultimately told me the matter was closed and further appeals would not receive a response. The commissions I earned through months of legitimate work were forfeited with no explanation and no recourse. As a new creator I found this process completely opaque and deeply unfair. Other creators should know this can happen to them with no warning and no path to resolution.

I was a creator with them for about 2 years, and they suddenly "flagged" my account for review without warning. I never received communication about this and only discovered it when I had been locked out of my own account. I had several thousands in earnings that I haven't been able to access, and it has now been a month of ShopMy's support team completely ignoring me -- literally. I have had not a single communication that wasn't an AI chatbot response. This company is predatory on creators and takes advantage of us when it's convenient, but does not do anything to protect our rights and blatantly steals our earnings by flipping an off switch on our accounts on a whim.

We encountered a similar experience with other ShopMy users. We accumulated over $10K in commission, but ShopMy abruptly deactivated our account and commissions were forfeited without providing any explanation. The notification was a cold message from their system, stating a violation of their Terms of Condition. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via their appeal form, email, or chat, we received no response. Consequently, we will refrain from engaging with this type of phantom company, despite its professional and appealing appearance. Instead, we will explore alternative affiliate networks or sub-networks. ShopMy.us has proven to be the most challenging to work with.
