I love the company and they have fantastic CAD/MDT Systems BUT the prices are ridiculous! $150 for a CAD system?! I could host my server for a year for that amount of money! Also every single time I need help I'll be talking to a staff member and we'll be talking for awhile in Discord until I get told to make a support ticket. It's such a struggle just to get support! Though they have some downsides, it's still a great company and I highly recommend them. Most CAD companies will scam you but this company is trustworthy and will sometimes even give you a free upgrade. I highly recommend them if $150 won't break the bank.

This has been a reliable CAD service for me but this is a very slow website for them to give you your CAD. I haven't received my CAD and it has been over 6 days.

Great people if you have a problem the try and fix it as fast as they can

The response time was excellent. When I had a question it would be answered within 30 minutes, even if I put the ticket on the lowest priority level. A lot of excellent people are working on this and putting in great effort.

Consistently disappointing. Expected a customized system for the fee listed and to get things to be running smoothly, I had to pay an additional fee. This system has potential, but customer services sucks...
