I waited 46days to get them. And for what? 35 pieces masks for 70dollars inc. shipping. Great fabric, but the shipping time was too long for 35 masks!

Ordered my masks on October 8th. I have not received my masks. Tracking claims it was delivered at my mailbox this Saturday but I collected my mail from the mailman on Saturday and there was no package. Customer service was and is useless and they have no desire to resolve this situation. Horrible company.

At best this company is deceiving customers by promising same day shipping for orders placed before 2PM ET, at worst they are committing fraud by taking people's money and then never shipping product. About 2 weeks after my order was placed, I reached out to find out the status (since it had obviously not shipped same day as promised by their aggressive social media advertising) and got form letter responses. One tries to be patient during a pandemic, but the company needs to at least communicate truthfully. Six days ago I received a tracking number, but this is simply the label being created - the postal service has not received or scanned the package. I'm now three weeks from when I placed my order that was supposed to be shipped same day and still nothing has shipped. I'll give it one more week, and then I'll dispute the charges with my bank. Definitely a case of buyer beware.

Same thing here. On Sep. 30 I was promised I would receive the masks in a week or so but so far I am still waiting. I was given the USPS Tracking Number almost right away but it was only a "notification" to USPS that the package would be sent to them for shipment. USPS never got it and Maskc says that it is no longer in their warehouse. In the meantime I paid $75.59 three weeks ago. Will I see my money back or the masks? Maskc keep telling me to be patient and they blame USPS for being overworked.

Weeks later I am waiting for a shipment. This seems like not an honest business at all.

I bought their masks 2 times. the first time they arrived after 2 months, even if they advertise delivery after 10 days. now I have been waiting to receive their masks for almost 3 months !! and they don't answer any emails! it is not a serious supplier !! attention! Tiziana

I made an order on May 15 after seeing a facebook ad of what looked like a youtube blogger offering unbiased and good reviews on the product - but marketed on their page. I got convinced and purchased. Since May 15 until now (3 weeks) Ive emailed them 5 times, and I have received no response. I called but their line isnt working. I started having doubts. What sealed the deal for me that its a scam is that their instagram comments are off. Always a red flag. Please save yourselves and dont purchase from them until they can open their instagram comments (if ever).
