I spent over £400 on a mattress topper and cover because i love the ones on the Marriott beds so much. The website defaults to European sizes so unfortunately i bought the wrong size. They agreed to exchange them but refused to send a barcode to assist in the return ( i was happy to pay the charge) so i am stuck with £400 wasted. Their customer service was completely useless and unhelpful

Great products but slow and almost Soviet style service. Ordered a Marriott bed in early September 2019 with a promised delivery of appr. 6/8 weeks. No delivery information received (nor any bed) we have called three times and have been promised a new delivery before Christmas, then mid January and now no information at all. Most recently having asked for a more reliable update we have been told that we can just wait (presumably in ignorance) or ask for a refund
