This is a terrible company. Bought glasses and after two months with no word messaged them.They reported glasses were not in stock with no foreseen date. I asked for refund and was denied. They gave me in stock options which were obviously less than the polarized ones I ordered.I asked for a refund of the value of glasses difference n they denied- reporting I got a sale and they wouldn’t reimburse. They then offered me a credit. I explained I would not be shopping with them again. They sent me two pairs of glasses and one was wrong. I reached out again and they gave me the policy for return even though they sent wrong pair. Have not heard from them since and now also out a pair of glasses. They are terrible. Not that great of glasses. Would not recommend to anyone.

Oversold product that I ordered, informed me of this 3 months after ordering, and now refuse to refund even though I’ve already informed them that there is nothing else that I want at this point from them. Would not recommend doing business with this company UPDATE: los Reyes is refusing to refund and says it’s against policy but wants me to pick out from product I don’t want to replace the item that was oversold, so I guess my order will just stay in limbo UPDATE: it’s been 5 months since ordering and they still refuse to refund

Horrible service. Took my money and never shipped my order. I contacted them to get an update on my order, and no news, they didnt know when my order would ship. Just throwing hands up in the air kinda thing. Disputing woth my bank.

Absolute trash of a company. I made my first order and it took about 1 1/2 months to receive my order. No biggie, the glasses were great. A year later went and made another order... IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED. It was supposed to ship to me 2 months ago. Customer service just keeps telling me, "thanks for your patience". I'm not patient anymore! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BS COMPANY!

Great pricing, cool looking glasses for sports/fitness activities but it’s going on two months and I have yet to receive my order. Support does respond but they don’t fix anything and they have a no refund policy. Shop somewhere else!! There are plenty others out there.

Placed an order in April and still waiting for items to be shipped. When I ordered one item was in stock and other was pre order with ship date of May 30th. I have not received either item. I have attempted to contact their customer service multiple times and get an automated response every time saying they are working to fulfill orders as soon as they can. The sunglasses were for my son’s baseball season which is now over. I don’t want the glasses anymore but you can’t cancel your order or talk to an actual person. Update: reached out again to the company as the company asked me to do as a response to this review. Got the same automated response as I did before. And here it is July 31st, still no glasses and not even a shipping notification or update. But of course they charged my account back in April.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered my sunglasses over 10 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times, but every response has been the exact same automated message with no real update or resolution. All they tell me is that all sales are final and my order is in the “queue”. At this point, I feel completely ignored. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared for long delays and poor customer service. I was supposed to get these glasses 2 months ago!

Very disappointed in service,no customer service phone number. Advised someone chat my order was charged on my credit card 6-24-26. Today 7-8-26 order still in processing/fullfiment (not acceptable) They advise they cant cancel order. I would never recommend this company to get your order to you when needed. My grandson's birthday is this weekend and they won't get here in time. Do better!
