I wish I saw Blanco reviews before I bought . I don’t want to spend more time on a company that doesn’t care about their customers so I will be brief. Bought 1129$ kitchen faucet After installation by certified plumber, several issues , electrical and the flow was to week They send me a list of 5 steps of things to try to fix it(. Even a plumber would find it complicated) I refused stating I was not competent to do that . Obviously if they have all those steps ready … I’m probably not the only one with those problems. Less than 30days use .. refuse to reimburse . No other alternative but to go to small claims court . This tells me they know their product is defective. If they had confidence in their product they would take it back no problem. I asked for the proper name to adress the small claims court and they refused to give it . It the first and last time I go for big brands …they were so rude … they probably have lots of people calling angry for being that rude !

They just tried to dupe me out of three payments of $45 each

I wanted to delete a review. They kept bothering me and wouldn't stop sending me useless emails over and over. I won't ever do business with them again. Plus they ask for donations. Harassment is not the way to do business.

This is a scam site. Look at their name! They encourage bad reviews so the company has to pay $600 to respond to them.

This website does not accept most positive reviews of companies, and does this purposely to keep their score low to try and blackmail companies into their $679.99/month (!!!) plan to "manage" their reviews. What a scam. This is not a legit company rating site and should be illegal and reported to their states attorney's office.

Not good not good

Over the years I have submitted many reviews to Pissed Consumer but they have only published them under my name and not under the reviewed company’s name. Anyone searching Pissed Consumer for reviews under a company’s name will not find my review of that company. Unless I am shown that I am wrong, Pissed Consumer is not a true consumer review website. It is website designed by and for commercial companies to let them get away with murder.
