I received my first necklace as a gift and I was very happy with my husband's purchase as I was able to wear my heart pendant. Unfortunately on second day of wearing the new necklace I unfortunately caught it on my finger while taking off my shirt one evening and broke the chain from the clasp. However I was so thankful I was able to register my necklace with Kisper and get a replacement sent to me as soon as I contacted support and got my shipping label. The moment my package was scanned at the post office I received a text my replacement was on the way. Excellent service, very quick and friendly! I also just purchased a herringbone necklace for my Son for his birthday and I just received that today. He was very impressed as he opened his gift this afternoon. This is my experience with this company.

Ordering was easy, prices were very good and shipping was fairly prompt.
