Hi AKV Thanks for contacting us about this matter. We’re currently undergoing scheduled maintenance on our end. The maintenance is set to be finished around 10am PST however we will notify you if it takes longer. If you need help with an existing or previous order please email us directly or DM us on Instagram or Twitter @Shopiosx. This maintenance will help optimize and fasten load times on pages, offer a new order tracking system & show you your delivery map on the website.

Hi Ryan, Your order is currently delayed due to a payment issue, there is a balance on your account which has not been paid. The order will not ship until this balance is paid to the shipping department. We have contacted you multiple times about this issue. Please note, your coupon code is not valid as the Oculus Quest 2 is marked down by 85% and your order was under $100. Discount codes over 50 percent can only be applied to orders $100 and greater. Please check your email or email our billing department at [email protected] so we can process the balance and get your order shipped. Thanks!
