Intertech LimitedReviews of shopiosx.com

I was feeling pretty frustrated when my My gift card wasn't working I ordered something for $550. They offered a generous discount for a gift card but when I tried to use it, there was no help at all.

I have been a customer of ShopiOSx.com for many years, but recently they have raised their prices and shipping has become more expensive. There are also limited discounts available, and the website layout is outdated. While I have had some good experiences with them in the past, I would not recommend them at this time due to the high product and shipping costs.

I recently had an issue with my seller login on ShopiOSx and I was really impressed with the customer service. Jessica was patient and really went out of her way to help troubleshoot the issue, however it still wasn't resolved. I would really appreciate it if someone from the company could contact me and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I've been trying to get my seller account on Shopiosx.com back up for about two weeks now and nobody from their support team has been getting back to me. It's really frustrating because I need to start selling again but I don't know if they will ever unhold my account. I'm sure they would help if they knew what was going on, so it would be great if they could reach out and get this resolved quickly!

I've been a customer of Shopiosx for the past 5 years and overall I've had a great experience. The products are always top-notch and the prices are usually quite reasonable. Recently, however, I noticed that the shipping prices have increased significantly which is a bit of a bummer. Additionally, the customer service can sometimes be slow to respond which can be frustrating.

Recently brought an oculus from them and the games aren’t in the menu. oduct needs smartphone and lot of training to start. Comes with almost no games and games are hard to locate in the menu. It’s like always shows the store but where are the games. Hidden in apps. Then download. What games you own should be easy to find. Not intuitive. Fun but you will have messed up vision after playing for a while. The only good thing about this store is the fast local delivery service which comes within a hour.

Reached out for some quotes on wholesale prices and they were way too expensive & they also charge you VAT fees

Parking is a nightmare at their Chula Vista location Not only that but you won't be able to pay with cash. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO PARK ($40 a hour) Aline the cashier is very unconcerned and won't bother to help you with questions outside the product or payment I've been shopping at ShopiOSx for years as a ship only customer. I was so excited when they announced they were opening up a mini store near me. I placed an order for a Nintendo switch lite (a 3 pack), I came to pick up my order 30 minutes later Ever since ShopiOSx has expanded, their customer service Has become less personable & the shipping and delivery fees has become higher. If you're looking to reach out by phone, expect to wait a long long time before you receive a callback After I explained the terrible customer service, Jessica (the owner) offered a 20% discount like that was supposed to make things better ShopiOSx has sadly lost me as a customer. Won't be Ordering again Tip for consumers: ShopiOSx needs to improve on their customer service. You will be charged for pickup at any location; and there is NO way to waive this fee. No Cash accepted
