Overall a great experience
I think I've found a rare gem. My experience with internet shopping over the last few years with internet shopping has left a sour taste in my mouth with the overall lack of customer service skills that company's seem to have anymore. Shophydra was a refreshing experience. Their customer service staff was incredibly helpful and prompt to respond to my concerns. I was feeling time constraints with my mother's birthday coming up and needed to be assured that she would receive her gift in time. I made the purchase and immediately emailed them. They responded within the hour and said the item would arrive. The item showed up even a day early and my mother loved it! She said the handbag was one of the highest quality bags she'd owned in a long time. Now, I won't say they're site is perfect. The design is a little drab at times and it has an almost clinical feel to it. And any searching beyond specific brands can be a little tedious. But when you find an item you're looking for you can expect prompt service and high quality, and all at the lowest price I could find elsewhere on the net. I will definitely do future shopping on Shophydra. Their selection is great for finding gift items for him and her and their speed is sure to help you save face if you find yourself shopping late (much like I did).
