Avoid This Company – Extremely Difficult to Cancel or Contact I have been charged by ShopHunter for months, possibly even years, for an account I cannot even access. The employee who originally managed the account left our company long ago, and we no longer have the username, password, or any way to log in. Despite countless attempts to resolve this, ShopHunter has been completely unreachable. I have sent numerous emails over an extended period requesting assistance and cancellation. Not a single one has received a response. There is no customer service phone number, no live chat, and no practical way to communicate with anyone. The only solution I had was to contact my bank and block future charges. Since then, ShopHunter has continued sending me two automated emails every day saying my payment has been declined, yet they still ignore every email I send asking them to stop contacting me and close the account. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Charging customers while providing no meaningful way to access their account, cancel the service, or speak with a real person is completely unacceptable. If you are considering doing business with ShopHunter, be extremely careful. Before giving them your credit card, ask yourself one question: If you ever need to cancel or need help, will anyone actually respond? Based on my experience, the answer is no. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice. A business that is easy to sign up for but nearly impossible to contact or cancel should be a major red flag.

All the data is inaccurate. I checked my own online store as well as others in my industry and the data is completely wrong. WROST still is that when you try to cancel within the trial period, they will charge you the full amount.

Be cautious, they charged me 50$ even though i have canceled subscription! It is a scammer, not trustworthy, the data of the sales are all fake

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I signed up for the $1 trial and canceled immediately, yet I was still charged $70. I’ve reached out multiple times requesting a refund and to stop the payments, but haven’t received a single response. Now I have to cancel my card because this company clearly can’t be trusted. The service wasn’t even worth the $1, let alone $70. There’s also no way to contact anyone—completely unacceptable.
