I purchased this grounding sheet because it offered a lifetime no questions asked return guarantee if I was not satisfied for any reason. Since I cannot confirm any health benefits after using this for 8 months I tried contacting the Iam, the company rep by phone, email and directly on their web page. I have not received any type of response. Very dissatisfied.

Do NOT order from this company! There is absolutely ZERO customer service. Shipment arrived with order incomplete. NUMEROUS emails, contacts via website have gone unanswered.

Ordered on Dec 25, email said it would be shipped in 24 hours. Jan 2, label created and shipped from.Bloomingdale IL by a shipping partner. My daughter's blanket is being shipped from Avenal NJ, but only a label. Company is out of TX. I just put In a dispute with my credit card company. Told them to cancel

I received the grounding sheet, but it did absolutely nothing to help with my pain. It has a warranty but there is no way to contact the company. There email does not work. I would like a refund but it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the company.

The more i have been doing my research , im coming to a strong conclusion this is a chinese comp that is saying they are in Tx as a family company there address goes to an apartment complex.. so why does it mater i bought the blanket which after 3 months its defective, they asked me to do a video review and in return i would be refunded, I did this 3 times as I have all the emails from the owner "ian" he apologized but now ignores my emails , I sent 10 of them.. THis is really bad business you be the judge here is there address Heal Naturally 6401 Rialto Boulevard Austin, Texas 78735

I'm a native Texan now living in Alabama. When I decided to order a grounding sheet, I immediately chose Heal Naturally because they are "based in Austin, TX." I thought, "Hey, fellow Texans! I'll use them." I place an order on August 1, 2025. Today is August 21, 2025, and it still has not arrived. So, being based in Austin obviously doesn't mean "shipped from Austin." I'm guessing it comes from China. Sheesh. Big mistake.

Scam site. Avoid at all costs

It's rather strange how they advertise " from Texas, not over seas, not mass produced" yet my order that still has not arrived is shipped by Yanwen Express from Bejing China.
