The customer in question exhibited inappropriate behavior by purchasing an item and subsequently requesting a return without providing a valid reason. Despite our willingness to accommodate the customer's request and provide a refund, the customer continued to exhibit rudeness and filed a dispute on PayPal in an attempt to harm our shop's reputation. It is unfortunate that such individuals choose to engage in such harmful behavior without justification. We strongly advise against such customers engaging in online purchases, as their actions can have a detrimental effect on the reputation of reputable shops and sellers The buyer's claim regarding the incorrect size of the item, as stated in the PayPal dispute, is unsubstantiated. Despite numerous requests for photographic evidence, the buyer has failed to provide any supporting documentation. It is important to note that this item has been sold multiple times without any previous issues. In light of this situation, we kindly advise the buyer to exercise caution when making online purchases from other retailers in the future.
