There never was a watch. No inventory. From first fittech email received confirming order, I knew there would be a problem. 3 days to process "order". 15 days to "send". One month later, they’re crying a river why fittech will not send a watch. Recieved another email offer to sell me shoes or send "bankrupt owners" money. Seems like a scam to setup scams. Demanded refund. Just received notice refund will take 40 days. Not holding breath.

The emails fittech is sending another scam If you don't file a chargeback your bank will never know If you cancel a chargeback your bank will not allow you to reopen it If you send them a hundred bucks to help them out well that's another story

I ordered from Fit Tech more than a month ago. No items were delivered or a refund, instead they been asking for donations. They are a scam and will never buy from them. Check their BBB report. They have scammed many people.

Crooks! Do not order from Fittech they will charge your credit card immediately and then do NOTHING!!!

@Sonia Pritchard Smith, I received the same email yesterday. I replied and requested they fulfill my order! I still want the watch I paid $69.99 for! So today I received another email from them asking me to send them $100.00 so they can begin paying back all the customers they screwed over. HA! They're blaming all of their issues on China and wanting to start a "Boycot China" movement in the USA with OUR money! WTH???

I am still waiting to hear something on my order. If I do not I will contact my bank. Frustrated I request a refund.

Got this email: This email is for you if you purchased a smart watch from FitTech in the last 2-3 months and didn't receive it yet. First and foremost, I want to apologize for the delay. I am deeply sorry. Who we thought was our trusted international smartwatch supplier, was in fact not. After two years of fuliflling all orders with no problems, they took a significant amount of our money meant to fulfill your orders and ran. Now, understandably, the disputes/chargebacks are piling up against us. This is hindering everything we can do as a business to fix the issue. We have a new owner taking over the business, new suppliers, and will soon be fulfilling from here in the USA, once again. --- We ask that if you have not received your order, to PLEASE DO NOT FILE A CHARGEBACK OR DISPUTE AGAINST US. Once that happens, our hands are tied as far as what we are able to do for you. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL DIRECTLY TO REQUEST A REFUND. We will do everything in our power to refund you in a timely manner and believe we can have everyone refunded in 1-2 months if the chargebacks are kept to a minimum. If you do not file a chargeback with us, we will REFUND YOUR ORDER (OR REPLACE WITH A WATCH) and give you a 40% off code for a future purchase with FitTech once the new owners take over. --- I promise we will do everything we can to make this right for you. If you can please find it in your heart not to contact the bank to file a chargeback, and instead request a refund here, we would be forever grateful. I am out $81 they never sent out the product, be warned. can't get a real person to respond or pick up the phone. I ordered on 11/16/20, and have been trying for weeks to get some kind of response. they never shipped out the product, but took the money out immediately.
