Don’t expect to get your glasses for several weeks. I ordered on June 28 and mine have yet to ship, despite their website and agent stating that orders should ship 5-7 days after order confirmation. Customer service offers the typical canned responses, via email only, with no meaningful information.

FIRST of all their glasses are overpriced. Check your local Barnes and Nobels first, you can get them for $30, same thing. Also, some of the styles are advertised as adult sizes when in real life they are very tiny kids size. Quality has a lot to be desired; they feel very light and cheap. The pair I received was all crooked!!! The cases are too small to fit these glasses. Customer service doesn’t take responsibility for their overpriced cheaply made product. So BE AWARE!!!!

I purchased one pair of glasses from Felix Gray and they immediately started spamming me saying things like "Welcome to the family" and "Welcome to the FG club". I am a stranger who bought something from you once. I didn't join a club and you are certainly not my family. Stop being sleazy and disrespectful to your customers! Update: it's now been a couple months I am still constantly spammed by the company. I guess they think that people buy glasses several times a month.
