I purchased front and and rear wheel spacers (11mm front, 20mm rear) for my 03 VW Passat GLS. They arrived quickly. Install went good for the rear spacers but the front ones could not sit flush with my wheels whatsoever. On top of this one of their supplied bolts stripped my threads in the rear. Not sure why this happened because it felt like it was going in fine by hand before torquing. They sent over new bolts free of charge and after thread chasing, it torqued correctly. I also told them the front spacers were not working correctly and I realized I didn't really need front spacers in the first place (aftermarket wheels covered the clearance I guess), and their response was weirdly passive aggressive, stating "Please feel free to return your new, in a resalable condition, uninstalled parts with your printed RMA in your package". They were never installed because they physically didn't want to, lol.. On top of this they only provided a PDF for the RMA slip, no shipping label, meaning I would have to pay for shipping to #1 return a defective product and #2 return a product I did not need in the first place well within my return window. I may have had to get the return label through their website, so I'm not 100% sure if that is correct. I was out of state at the time on a road trip (rear wheel still had 4/5 lug bolts but it held fine), so when I returned I sent them another email explaining I didn't return the spacers incase I could give them to someone, but I did some more test fitting with them and confirmed there is something defective. I sent a video and picture explaining my issues. They then tried to say that the issue was my hub-centric rings for my wheels, but if that was the case why did they work fine for the rear? And why do the front wheels mate to the wheel hubs themselves just fine? I sent a response email to them on August 11th, and have since not received a response, likely meaning I was ghosted. Overall ShopDAP makes good YouTube videos but I would avoid their actual business. I only got these wheel spacers specifically because of HumbleMechanic's video on them. A lot of their products seem overpriced compared to competitors as well.

First I'm not a review guy. But in this age of support being delegated to AI. I need to shout out to "T" the employee that answered the phone at SbopDap or Deuche Auto Parts. I know this co.pany from their YouTube channel. They are real people doing real world work on cars. They also have a. Online store. So when I ordered wheel spacers and then found out I didn't need them I called to cancel. Instead of getting an AI run around or auto response t It's too late to cancel. A young lady named T answered was polite and got the job done. Shout out to this company. They are real people in the real country of USA. They deserve a shout out.

Bad awful I spent money on a obd scanner and said delivered and they never delivered it bruh basically I’m being scammed or something!!

If i could give less i would. I ordered a steel oil pan kit for my 2017 golf sportwagen. Immediately on arrival, I noted that one of the studs for the oil pressure sensor was slightly angled, but due to the nature of my vehicle leaking from the oil pan, I did not ask for a replacement as the repair was urgent. When I went to install the pan, the bolt was halfway down the stud and the stud completely broke. The bolt wasn't even anywhere near flush with the oilpan. I emailed the company, they took a long time to reply, and when they did, they obviously did not even read my complaint, immediately telling me that I overtorqued the bolt and they would not be refunding me. I didnt even get a chance to torque the bolt. The fact that they did not take the time to READ and ask questions or even attempt to understand the issue, confirms they are preying on the consumer. Shame on them. My car is now leaking oil once again due to their poorly made product and they are refusing to take responsibility for it. Upon doing the research I should've done prior to making the purchase, I found multiple reviews of the same stud snapping, some of these reviews dating back years. Not a new problem, and they obviously have not made an attempt to fix the existing issue. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this DISHONEST company who doesn't take the time to actually read and understand the issue, rather they glaze over and assume. This is ridiculous considering i now have to fight to have my money returned as well as having to redo the job so my car isnt leaking oil. My credit card company is aware of the details. I cant beleive they advertise this as a "quality" part.

they need to add “in stock, outta of stock, in transit to warehouse” false advertising of 1 day ship from warehouse false advertising of item in stock.

Shipped quick. 100% accurate with my order and the best price. Thank you shopdap and Paul. Also amazing videos. I’m looking forward to send you more of my money for vw parts.
